1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our standard MOQ is 12,000 pieces per design. For lipstick tubes, the MOQ is 30,000 pieces due to the complexity of the structure. MOQs for other products may vary depending on design and decoration – please get in touch with us for details.

2. Can you provide custom designs? +

Yes. We offer complete OEM/ODM services. You can provide your own 3D files or product samples, or share your idea, and we will help develop it into a finished packaging product, including mold making if necessary.

3. What materials do you use for cosmetic packaging? +

We commonly use eco-friendly materials such as ABS, PETG, PMMA, PP, and PCR, depending on the product type and your preference. All materials comply with international cosmetic packaging safety standards.

4. Can I request samples before placing a bulk order? +

Yes. We can provide stock samples for quality checking. For custom samples, we offer mold-making and prototype sampling services. Sample lead time depends on the complexity (typically 10–15 working days).

5. What surface decoration options do you offer? +

We provide a full range of finishing and decoration services:

6. What is your typical production lead time? +

Standard packaging: 25–30 working days after deposit

Custom mold development: Additional 15–30 working days We will provide an accurate production schedule based on your order details.

7. How do you pack the products? +

All products are packed in PP bags and export cartons. Custom packaging solutions such as gift boxes, trays, or shrink-wrapping are available upon request.

8. Can you print my logo on the packaging? +

Yes. We support private label printing, Pantone color matching, and custom logo placement on bottles, tubes, caps, and cases.

9. Do you offer eco-friendly packaging options? +

Yes. We provide sustainable packaging made from PET, PP, PCR, and HDPE to support eco-conscious brands.

10. What are your payment terms? +

Custom samples: 100% payment before sampling begins

Mold development: 50% deposit upfront, 50% balance before mold shipment or mass production

Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment We accept T/T (bank transfer) as our standard payment method.
